This line requires some higher initial investment cost, however it guarantee uniform panel quality and bigger production capacity with lower labour cost. * PIR / PU Sandwich Panel Discontinuous Production Line This line is generally designed for fully-closed sandwich panel such as cold store, door, container and the like. This line requires much lower initial investment cost, however it require professional operating skill and higher labour cost with lower production capacity. * Sectional Door Panel Production Line This line is designed for the production of sectional door panel with press machine group. It can be produced by both of continuous and discontinuous production line type. However we recommend continuous type to guarantee lower manufacturing cost and higher quality performance. * Multi-continuous PU Sandwich Panel Production Line This line is designed for production of fully-closed sandwich panel from continuous line. We recommend some special machine configuration to guarantee the production capacity for the targeted sandwich panel with uniform panel quality and lower manufacturing cost. * Combination PU Sandwich Panel Production Line This line is designed for production of PIR/PU sandwich panel, Mineral (Rock) Wool Sandwich Panel and EPS sandwich Panel. We will recommend the newest technology for fully-staggered and vertical-oriented Mineral Wool strip group pattern production process and also Fire-proof EPS Sandwich Panel Production from the same production line as PIR/PU sandwich panel production line.
